Our Coaches

Chloé Maya Christopoulos

Chloé is a coach and facilitator dedicated to fostering care-centered leadership and communities. She believes that care is a practice - one that requires self-awareness, deep listening, and the courage to examine our assumptions about ourselves and others. Her coaching approach helps individuals and teams cultivate emotional insight, relational intelligence, and the skills needed to build more connected, resilient environments.

With over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations through transformation, Chloé creates spaces of trust and reflection where people can explore their aspirations, psychological needs, and unexamined beliefs. She integrates a psychodynamic and strengths-based perspective, supporting clients in developing both personal and collective well-being.

Chloé’s professional journey began at the International Olympic Committee, where she navigated complex interpersonal and organizational dynamics across global sports federations. She later designed leadership programs for executives at IMD Business School and led global talent development for a multinational company in London. Her experience across sectors has reinforced her conviction that care should be embedded in every aspect of leadership and society.

She holds a Certificate in Decoding Group Dynamics and Consulting to Groups and Teams from Tavistock Consulting UK, as well as a Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change from the Tavistock Institute UK. She is accredited in several profiling tools, including NEO-PI-R, Hogan Personality Inventory, Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA), and Lumina Learning Assessment.

Swiss-Greek by heritage, Chloé has lived and worked in the US, Canada, the UK, and Switzerland. Now based in Lausanne, she offers coaching and facilitation in English and French.
